Product, setup, billing and technical questions can be handled through our direct support channels. The self-service plan intentionally does not promise a universal response time or binding SLA; specific support requirements can be agreed separately.
Yes. We can walk through practice settings, templates, roles and the core workflow together. Existing data migration is assessed separately based on source, format and scope.
The self-service plan costs €29.99 per month (excl. VAT outside Germany, reverse charge for UK businesses) and can be cancelled monthly. Team and institutional use are agreed separately. The pricing page shows the current scope and plan boundaries.
Primary Centi patient data is stored in the Supabase project in eu-central-1 (Frankfurt). Additional contractually engaged providers may process data for website delivery, communication, diagnostics, signing, AI functions and other technical tasks. The privacy and trust documentation describes data roles, locations and transfer mechanisms in more detail.
Yes. Centi supports individual user accounts and practice-scoped team access. The self-service plan includes up to 2 practitioner accounts; from the third account on, we agree scope and terms with you separately.
