About pricing.
You use Centi for 7 days with all features. At signup you add a credit card, which we verify with €0. We remind you by email three days before the first charge. The first charge happens on day 8.
So Centi keeps running without interruption after the trial and your data is preserved. If you cancel before day 8, nothing is charged.
Yes, under Settings › Billing. There are no costs until the end of the trial.
No. Billing is monthly and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Yes. The first 100 practices keep the entry price of €29.99 per month permanently and receive the same complete self-service feature set.
€29.99 is a net price. UK businesses are invoiced without German VAT under the reverse charge and account for any UK VAT themselves. Customers in Germany pay €29.99 including 19% German VAT. Invoices are issued in euros.
The self-service plan has no separate setup fee.
The self-service plan includes up to 2 practitioner accounts. From the third account on, we agree scope, roles, onboarding and specific support requirements with you upfront.
Product, setup and technical questions are handled directly via support, email, phone or demo. A binding response-time SLA is not included in the self-service plan by default and is agreed separately when needed.
