Where forms help day to day.
Centi-Health supports simple electronic signatures (SES). Suitability depends on the document and its requirements, which you should check before use. Advanced or qualified signatures (AES/QES) are not currently part of the offered product.
Signing status appears in the overview. Pending sessions are configured for a first reminder after 3 days and then every 2 days. You can also open the signing session on a practice device during the appointment.
Yes. Upload a PDF and place signature, date and text fields. One person is invited per signing session. Multiple documents can be bundled for that person.
Signed PDFs are stored in the patient record and can be downloaded individually. The event log is retrieved from the signing provider. The account export provides structured data as JSON; it does not include a complete document archive. Download needed PDFs before the contract ends. ZIP backups and separately archived audit PDFs are not currently part of the product.
