Frequently asked questions
No. The form runs in the web browser on phone, tablet or laptop. The link from the email or the QR code in the waiting area is all it takes.
Open forms appear in the overview. You can enable a reminder workflow for started, unfinished forms. A daily check includes responses started more than 48 hours and less than 14 days ago. Invitations that have not been started are not included. Patients can also use the QR code at your practice.
Yes. The template library covers common intake formats; every template can be copied and adapted freely — new questions, your own answer options, required/optional logic per question.
Encrypted on EU servers (Frankfurt, Germany). Access only through your practice account, with an optional two-factor option. The answers become part of your patient record; record-keeping obligations remain with your practice.
